We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with DukaanBanao for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • Be a first-time subscriber to a paid plan
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@dukaanbanao.com
  2. Include your registered email address and reason for refund
  3. We will process your request within 3-5 business days

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Request made after 7 days from the purchase date
  • Subscription renewals (only first-time purchases are eligible)
  • Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan after the period ends
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle

Free Plan

The Free plan is always available at no cost. You can use it indefinitely with up to 5 products. No payment information is required for the Free plan.
