By accessing or using DukaanBanao, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
DukaanBanao provides a platform for creating and sharing digital product catalogs. We are a technology platform that enables sellers to showcase their products and connect with customers via WhatsApp. We do not directly participate in transactions between sellers and buyers.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious content or spam
- Misrepresent your identity or products
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Product Listings
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images. You must have the right to sell all products listed and ensure they comply with applicable laws.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to display your content as necessary to provide the service. DukaanBanao branding and software remain our property.
8. Disclaimer
DukaanBanao is a platform provider only. We do not guarantee any sales or business results. All transactions between sellers and buyers are their sole responsibility. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such transactions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DukaanBanao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
